It is always nice to see our altars adorned with beautiful flowers, not only on the special occasions, but right throughout the year.

It is my hope to have two altar societies to provide suitable flower arrangements in Galbally and Donaghmore churches on a regular basis, and for the great church events of Christmas, Easter, First Holy Communion and Confirmation.

With that in mind, we are looking for volunteers who may have a flair for flower arranging to form an altar society in both churches. If you are interested, please leave your name and number in either of the sacristies or the parochial house in Donaghmore.
