St. Joseph’s Grammar School – “Connecting Generations” Project – Sunday 15 Dec

Published on November 23, 2019

Pupils and staff of St Joseph’s Grammar School will be hosting a Christmas Dinner Party on Sunday 15 December at 12.30 pm to officially launch our “Connecting Generations” Project.

The aim of the project is to bring our students into meaningful contact with our more experienced parishioners so that they can learn from the skills,
experiences and wisdom of more mature people. The project will be run in the school and will focus on passing on the faith, arts and crafts, cookery demonstrations and storytelling.

We would be delighted if parishioners would come forward and share their skills and experiences with a younger generation.

If you are aged 65 years or over and would like to join us for an afternoon of Christmas lunch, music and much more, and to find out more about the project, please contact Martina on 028 8776 1227 or via email mogara395@c2kni.net by Monday 2 December.

Transport will be available on request.

Please come along and be part of this unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our younger generations.
